Our Core values

We are guided by a small set of essential, enduring principles that define our institutional culture, demonstrate what sets us apart, and how everyone in our organization is to operate in order to collectively succeed. The same principles will apply to how we interact and engage with external stakeholders

Mutual trust & respect:

Recognizing the dignity and worth of all people and the value of diversity.  Everyone is valued for their achievements, abilities and qualities,  and motivated to perform at their very best.

Professionalism:

Disciplined work ethics guided by efficiency, integrity and accountability, respond in a competent, credible and reliable manner to clients and partners needs at all times.

Humility:

Recognizing that institutions and communities already have existing knowledge about their context, and we are not the only actors and practitioners, requiring our presentation and behavior to be modest.
